We are proud to share some exciting news: Gleneagles Country Club has been recognized as one of South Florida’s Top Workplaces for 2025 by the Sun Sentinel!
In May 2025, members of our leadership team accepted the award at a reception in Coral Springs. Representing Gleneagles were CFO Harvey Grunwald, Clubhouse Manager Kristen Laraia, Director of Human Resources Carolina Jimenez, and Clubhouse Manager Regan Samaniego.
Why This Award Matters
What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that it’s based entirely on anonymous survey feedback from our employees, gathered by the independent research provider Energage. Their responses reflect the pride, satisfaction, and sense of belonging that define life at Gleneagles. For us, it reaffirms something we already know: when people love where they work, the entire community benefits.
More Than a Workplace
Gleneagles has always been more than just a workplace for our staff or a gathering place for our members. It’s a community built on mutual respect, kindness, and camaraderie. The relationships between members and staff create a warm, family-like atmosphere—one that makes our club stand out as a truly special place.
A Shared Achievement
This honor is not only a reflection of our dedicated staff but also of the environment our members help foster each day. Together, we’ve built a culture where people genuinely care for one another, and that spirit is at the heart of this achievement.
We’re grateful to our team, proud of our culture, and excited to continue making Gleneagles Country Club a place where both staff and members thrive.
