Led by renowned golf course architect Kipp Schulties and executed by South Florida Golf Renovations, the Victory Course project introduced an innovative Par 3 overlay, creating a unique experience that allows golfers to play the course as either a traditional championship layout or a dedicated Par 3 course. The Par 3 tees on each hole provide distances between 75 and 160 yards and feature a separate scorecard, making it a truly distinctive offering within the club industry.
